The benefits of reading more quickly are obvious: if you read faster you can either 1) choose to read more information in the time available or 2) spend more time doing other activities once you have cut down on time spent reading.
In addition to showing you how to read faster, we also discuss reading strategies that enable you to:
- Choose what is important to read and discard the rest
- Find the information you are looking for
- Quickly read and learn enough to give you a good overview on a subject
- Summarise what you have read in a simple format
- Understand and remember what you have learned!
